Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner is class-II land. As per the Government Resolution dated 07th March, 2019, upon depositing of the specified amount, the land can be converted to class-I land. The petitioner has applied for conversion of the said land to class-I and to make necessary compliance, however, no decision is taken upon it, as yet.

Issue notice to the respondents. The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that in case the application is pending the authorities would decide the same on it's merits.

In case of application of the petitioner for conversion

83-WP-8597-21.odt of the land from class-II to class-I (page No.30) is pending with respondent No.3, and in case respondent No.3 is competent to decide it, then the same shall be decided on its merits, in accordance with law, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
