The petitioner has now moved application for appointment of Taluka Inspector of Land Records (TILR) as Court Commissioner. As such, the petition has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, as withdrawal has been urged for.

The petitioner is at liberty to move this Court again, in the event his application for appointment of Court Commissioner is rejected.
