DATE : NOVEMBER 26, 2021 ORDER :- The appeals preferred by the State have been admitted. The applicants filed Cross-Objections for enhancement of compensation. There is, however, delay of 2212, 2290, 2300 and 2212 days, respectively, in filing the same.

Delay in filing the Cross-Objections is condoned, on the condition that the applicants shall not be entitiled for the component of interest and any other monetary benefits for the delayed period, in case the compensation is enhanced. The applications stand disposed of accordingly.
