DATE : 4th July, 2022 P.C.:- Learned counsel for the claimant and learned AGP for respondent no.2 submits that they do not wish to file reply to first appeal as well as to the stay application.

On 06.09.2019, the following order was passed by this Court (Coram: Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi, J.):

".

Present applications have been filed for stay. After the delay has been condoned, the first appeals have been registered and they are pending for admission. Under such circumstances, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause 'A' subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount in this Court on or before 19.12.2019.

If the amount is not deposited on or before that date, it shall be treated that there is no stay and in any case, the time limit to deposit the amount will not be extended." 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decreetal amount has been deposited in terms of the above order. In view thereof, the civil application stands disposed of. 4.

List the first appeal on 18.07.2022.
