An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Dharangaon, District Jalgaon in Writ [petition No.6314/2015, wherein it has been stated that in spite of heavy workload, he has taken the decision on the proposal on 2.7.2015. We appreciate the efforts taken by the concerned officer and hope that he would continue to perform his functions in future also with similar zeal.

2) Since the Assistant Registrar has already taken the decision in the matter, no further directions need be issued in the instant writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of.
