P.C. :- The petitioner, (a senior citizen) is before us seeking certain directions regarding measurement of her land. Her representations have been annexed to the petition, which are dated 3 August 2002, 10 March 2003 and the last one is 2 August 2022. In the first two applications, she makes grievance that petitioner's neighbours are obstructing measurement of the land. However, there is no such grievance in the last application. Be that as it may, considering the nature of the relief sought, it would be appropriate if respondent No.3 give personal audience to the petitioner to understand her grievance

fmp 2/2 wp6446.23.doc and thereafter proceed to take such steps as may be required in law after giving opportunity to those who may contest the petitioner's prayer. The interaction and order to be passed within four weeks. Petition is disposed of.
