The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that a motion is circulated as the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.

We find from the prayers that the Petitioner was before this Court since her claim of belonging to "Hindu Mahar Scheduled Caste Category" was invalidated by the order of the competent Committee dated 22.01.2015. An ad interim relief was granted in the nature of "in the meanwhile, no adverse action be taken against the Petitioner on account of invalidation of his (sic.her) caste certificate." Now the Petitioner has superannuated from khs/April 2024/9887

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As such, the directions issued by the Committee in Clause No.1 to 4 can be effective and the Petitioner would be deprived of all the benefits in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Chairman and Managing Director, Food Corporation of India and others Vs. Jagdish Balaram Bahira and others [(2017) 8 SCC 670].
