This is an application for seeking withdrawal of an amount of Rs.10,000/- which the applicant had deposited to show his bonafides, pursuant to the order dated 20/04/2016. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that interest component may be donated for the treatment of poor patients. Learned Advocate for the respondent is agreeable for the same.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the amount of Rs.10,000/- be transferred to the account as set out therein. The interest component that may have accrued, would be transferred to the Government Medical khs/MAY 2019/5465-d

- 2 - College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") for the treatment of poor patients.
