Heard learned counsel for the applicant- Acquiring Body and learned counsel for respondents-original claimants as well as learned AGP for the State.

It has been submitted that the entire decreetal amount as per the Award passed by the learned Reference Court has already been deposited in this Court. The respondents-original claimants are also permitted to withdraw the some part of the decreetal amount. In such circumstances, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of accordingly.
