O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) .

Appellant/original claimant has filed this appeal for additional compensation. He is present and he has been duly identified by his learned counsel. Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, officer of insurance company is present with learned counsel appearing for the insurance company.

Appellant and respondent insurance company have filed terms of compromise agreeing that respondent insurance company will pay Rs. 2,00,000/- as additional compensation to the appellant as full and final settlement of claim and will deposit the said amount in concerned tribunal within 60 days

( 2 ) from the date of receipt of award. There are two compromise pursis. Compromise pursis of terms is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

In view of above, award be prepared accordingly in terms of terms of compromise as aforesaid.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant/claimants.
