The learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the availability of the alternate remedy, made a payer for withdrawal of the petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioner along with the appeal deposits an amount of Rs.45,770/- (Rs.Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy only) as ordered by the Tahsildar, Jalgaon vide impugned order dated 20th April, 2023, the prayer of the petitioner for release of

the vehicle bearing No. MH-04-AL-8768 be dealt with on the very same day.

Release of the vehicle and deposit of the amount shall be subject to final outcome of the appeal.
