After arguing the matter for some time, Mr.Palodkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to avail remedy in the form of initiating proceedings for seeking recall/review of the order of this Court dated 05.01.2016. Contempt Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Needless to state that if such an application seeking recall or review is filed, same would be decided on its own merits.
