By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the inclusion of the name of respondent No.6 who is before the court.

Mr. Dighe, advocate for respondent now placed on record that pursuant to election program elections were declared. The candidates have been elected on the posts and said result is also declared by order dated 05-06-2023. He thus, submits that now the petition has become infructuous.
