Present petition is directed against the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner dated 03.03.2022. The Divisional Commissioner partly allowed the appeal filed by respondent no.5 and matter was remanded back to the Collector, Aurangabad to decide it afresh. There is no any interim order passed by this Court. 3.
