The applicant is seeking his release on pre-arrest bail, in connection with Crime No. I-85 of 2016, registered with Sangamner City Police Station, Tq. Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the first information report. Upon perusal, it reflects that there is no specific role attributed to the present applicant in crime in question.

In view of investigation carried out in the crime in question till date, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the present applicant is not necessary.

In the above background, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to enlarge the applicant on pre-arrest bail. Hence, I pass following order :- In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with Crime No. I-85 of 2016, registered with Sangamner City Police Station, Tq. Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

As the investigation in the matter is not completed, the applicant shall stay away from the jurisdiction of the concerned police station, till filing of the chargesheet and shall not tamper with the evidence and prosecution witnesses.
