Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rs.Two Thousand) to be paid to the Registrar (Administration) for the purpose of Government Dispensary situated in the High Court premises, within two weeks from today.

The order of learned Registrar (Judicial) passed in Writ Petition Stamp No.30726 of 2023 dated 22.01.2024 stands quashed and set aside.

Leave granted to petitioner to remove ofÏce objections within two weeks.

After compliance as mentioned above, the writ petition be restored to its original stage.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondents No.6 and 7.
