Mr. Sonpethkar, the learned Counsel orally prayed for permission to withdraw his Vakalatnama on behalf of the Applicant on the ground that on 13.07.2024, he has issued notice to the Applicant Deepali Abhijitrao Bodkhe and asked her to meet him, failing which he would withdraw the Vakalatnama on her behalf. The said notice is duly served upon the Applicant on 15.07.2024. However, since then, the Applicant failed to meet him. Under these circumstances, the learned Counsel Mr. Sonpethkar is permitted to withdraw the Vakalatnama.

The Applicant Mrs. Deepali Abhijitrao Bodkhe has instituted the present Review Application on 22.03.2024 and prayed for review of the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1041 of 2020. However, the Applicant remained present and has not taken any steps to proceed with the mater.

In view of the above, the Review Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
