*2* 1.nob.wp.6694.06 have placed on record the compromise purshis in Marathi dated 10.01.2017 duly signed, verified and identified by the Advocates of both the sides. Both the parties are present in the Court. The said compromise terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit X for identification. The learned AGP and Shri Shahane, learned Advocate, jointly submit that the impugned judgment can be modified and replaced by Exhibit X and the petition can, therefore, be partly allowed in terms of Exhibit X.

In the light of the above, by consent of the parties, the judgment of the Labour Court dated 25.09.2003 in Complaint (ULP) No.6/1994 and the judgment of the Industrial Court dated 30.01.2004 in Revision (ULP) No.89/2003 shall stand substituted by the terms of compromise Exhibit X. This Writ Petition is, therefore, partly allowed in terms of Exhibit X.

Rule is made partly absolute accordingly.
