Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, which is impugned in the present petition, fresh elections have been held and the enquiry report has also been submitted and accepted. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition.

In view thereof, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.

Considering these subsequent events, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the subsequent change report by filing a revision. The petitioner is also at liberty to raise all the grounds taken in the present

The learned Joint Charity Commissioner shall decide the said revision independently and without being influenced by any earlier orders passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner or order of disposal of the present petition.
