Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the appellant - G.S.R.T.C. alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 3.

The learned Counsel for the appellant - G.S.R.T.C. strongly opposed the application on the ground that, the learned Tribunal has granted exorbitant amount of compensation by applying wrong multiplier.

In view of the same, the applicants at this juncture, are permitted to withdraw only 50% compensation amount alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Out of the aforesaid amount of compensation 50% amount be given to applicant No.1 and the remaining amount of compensation be distributed between applicant Nos.2 and 3 equally. 5.

The remaining amount be kept in F.D.R. in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.
