Petitioner has already retired from service.

Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application to the Education Officer seeking correction in the date of birth in the school record. The petitioner has the birth certificate stating the correct date of birth as 16.9.1964, issued by Omerga Municipal Council under the provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4.

The petitioner joined services with respondent no. 3 in the year 1992 and has already attained the age of superannuation. After such a long slumber the change as sought would not be considered.

In the view of that, no relief can be given to the petitioner. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
