Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Perused the extensive affidavit-in-reply filed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, since they have now received the entire data with regard to the employers and employees provident fund contributions, they would approach the Provident Fund Authorities with a specific case of insufficient contributions, if so noticed.

The learned Advocate for the Provident Fund Department submits that if any such complaint is received, it would be investigated into, under the provisions of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. 4.

In view of the above statements, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
