Heard both the sides.

At the outset, the learned Advocate Mr. Brahme for respondent no.4, on instructions, submits that the result of the petitioner would be declared.

The petitioner, who claims to be belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe, is aggrieved by the fact that although his claim is pending scrutiny before the Committee, neither his result for the BAMS has been declared nor is he being permitted to complete the internship. 4.

In view of the statement of the learned Advocate Mr. Brahme, the grievance of the petitioner as far as declaration of result is concerned that stands resolved.

Learned AGP for the respondents/Scrutiny Committee, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's claim is awaiting vigilance report.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no.4 to declare the petitioner'
