Issue as regards the claim of the Petitioner for leave to pursue his doctoral research (Ph.D.), is pending with the Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, State of Maharashtra, Nashik. A representation dated 03.04.2024, has been preferred by the Petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP submits that at least 60 days time be granted to the Respondent No.2 to deal with the said request. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off expecting the Respondent No.2 to deal with the request of the Petitioner in accordance with the service rules applicable, within a period of 60 days.
