It is informed by the litigating sides that matter is settled between the parties. Respondent No.1 had filed suit for cancellation of sale deed executed in favour of the appellants and present respondent Nos.3 and 4. By the supervening events, all the dues of respondent No.1/Co-operative Society have been paid. A pursis to that effect is tendered which is marked at "Exh.X". Due to the subsequent events, nothing survives in the second appeal. The claim of the respondents is satisfied.

In view of the pursis and as per the instructions of learned counsel for respondent No.1, impugned judgments and decrees are quashed and set aside.
