The petitioner is assailing the order of

(2) W.P. No. 05866 of 2017 wrongful acceptance of nomination paper passed by the Returning Officer.

The process of election is at advanced stage. Apart from this, the petitioner does have alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance as provided under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Keeping option of the petitioner open, to avail of the alternate remedy provided under law, as and when occasion arises, present Petition is disposed of.
