By way of these applications the applicants are seeking restoration of writ petitions dismissed for default for non removal of office objections with a prayer to condone the delay.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, coupled with the fact that the contents in the applications have not been controverted, the applications are allowed and the writ petitions are restored subject to the condition that the office objections would now be removed within two weeks.
