By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground be considered as a Sweeper in

respondent No.3 Municipal Council. The petitioner has already submitted applications on 5/1/2021 and 2/2/2021 in that regard to the respondent No.3.

Considering that the petitioner has already made representations to the respondent No.3 seeking appointment on compassionate ground, we direct the respondent No.3 to decide the representations dated 5/1/2021 and 2/2/2021 submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today on its own merits and in accordance with law.
