By this petition, petitioners pray for direction to allow the petitioners to give option to opt for Municipal State Services and absorb the petitioners in State Municipal Services. 2.

Admittedly, the petitioners have retired on superannuation during the period between 30th June, 2021 to 31st May, 2024. There were no sanctioned posts on which the petitioners could have been accommodated in Municipal State Services.

In the light of above, due to retirement of petitioners the petition is rendered infructuous and the same is therefore disposed of as such.
