Mr. Jadhavar, the learned Counsel submits that the management has submitted the salary bills as per the order of this Court in earlier petition. However, no steps are taken by the respondent No. 2 to process the said bills. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and submits that if the salary bills are pending consideration with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 would process the same, in accordance with law. 2.

In case, the salary bills are submitted by the management to the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall process the said bills and shall take decision on it, on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today.
