The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceeding is pending with the respondent No. 2/Committee for more than three years. Same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, the respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the proceedings on its own merits. 3.

In case validation proceeding is pending with the respondent No. 2/Committee, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the

2 wp 5299.19 petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2/Committee on 27.06.2019.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
