The petitioner is before us aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the directions of this Court, the scrutiny committee has not decided his proposal for validation of scheduled tribe certificate. 3.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would decide the proposal within a week.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the court and dispose of the writ petition.
