In spite of directions of this Court to decide the petitioner's proposal within six months, the respondent's-scrutiny committee has been unable to do so.

The learned A.G.P., in presence of law officer of the scrutiny committee submits that the committee would decide the proposal within one month as vigilance report is still awaited. 3.
