Having heard the rival submissions of both the learned advocates, this Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for interfering in the impugned order passed below Exhibit-67 in R.C.S. No.75/2017, by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jalgaon. However, taking into consideration the peculiar facts of the present case, the trial Court shall expedite the hearing of R.C.S. No. 75/2017 and shall decide the same within a period of one year from today. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed off. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
