The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.450 of 2023 registered with Georai Police Station, District Beed for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the charge sheet. There is nothing against the applicant except the statement of the co-accused. Since there is no material against the applicant, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

961-ba-784-2024.odt (2) (ii) Applicant, Darshan @ Gotu Vilasrao Punde, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant shall attend the trial on each effective date. (b) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
