"B. By issuing writ of mandamus and order in the like nature, respondent nos.3 to 5 be directed to approve request of transfer of the students as sent by the petitioner on 21.4.2023 (Exhibit - L) forthwith. C.

By issuing writ of mandamus and or any other appropriate writ direction in the like nature, respondents no.1 to 5 further be directed to handover all the record of students and of Nutan Primary School Nakshatrawadi, Aurangabad forthwith to the petitioners."
