Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 submits that National Green Tribunal has jurisdiction over the subject matter. Though he is pointing out that neighbour of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.12627 of 2018 had approached this Court and he was also given liberty to approach National Green Tribunal and then the National Green Tribunal has taken certain decisions, yet we are of the opinion that every citizen has his own right to challenge the orders and if environmental issues are there, may point out to the appropriate authority. The present petitioner has not approached the National Green Tribunal and, therefore, the learned Advocate for the [1]
