The Contempt Petition is fled for non compliance of the order dated 24/07/2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.701/2023 which read as under :

" Heard. According to the petitioner, some other officials who have been involved in the crime in question have been left out. He has, therefore, made a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar. He seeks directions to the concerned Superintendent of Police to decide the same. In view of the same, the respondent No.2 Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar shall decide the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on its own merits. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of."

It is submitted by the learned A.G.P. appearing for answering Respondent that, the affdavit has been fled by tendering unconditionally apology for delay in complying the order of this Court.

We have gone through the Affdavit. It is not in dispute that, the Petitioner's representation has been decided, though belatedly. On going through the Affdavit-in-reply, we accept the unconditional apology.

Since nothing remains to be considered in the Contempt Petition, the same stands disposed of.
