The learned Advocate appearing for appellant submits that respondent No.2 is expired on 29.04.2019. He is producing photo copy of death extract. It is taken on record and marked as Exh.'A'. It is submitted that since the application was under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act for removal of the respondent No.2 from the trusteeship but after his death it has become infructuous. Under such circumstance, the First Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
