Though the learned counsel for the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the amount of compensation to comply with the direction given by this Court in the order dated 17.3.2020, however, it appears from the office endorsement that despite the order of the Court notices are not issued for want of copies. Learned counsel for the applicant assures this court that the copies of application will be supplied forthwith.

In view of the same, issue notices to the respondents, returnable four weeks after supply of the copies of application. 3.

In the meanwhile, extension of two weeks is granted to the applicant insurer to deposit the amount.
