The learned Advocate for the Petitioners, submits on instructions that, the Petitioners pray only for a direction to the Respondent/ Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, to decide their pending representations and this petition can be disposed off. They are praying for posting in the local areas in the region, which is demarcated as the PESA area, as they are local tribals. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that, the pending representations would be decided expeditiously by the Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

We expect that, the Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, will decide the pending representations of these Petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 31/05/2023, in the light of the Government Resolutions dated 05/03/2015 and 23/07/2018, by taking into account the laws / policies applicable and the vacancies available.
