Shinde, J.) by judgment and order dated 28.7.2011 in Civil Revision Application No. 86 of 2009 allowed the revision application, quashed and set aside the order passed below Exh.13 in Regular Civil Suit No. 291 of 2007 and further allowed the application Exh.13 and dismissed the Regular Civil Suit No. 291 of 2007. This writ petition has been preferred against the order passed by the trial court allowing the application Exh.20 filed by the respondentplaintiff seeking amendment in R.C.S. No. 291 of 2007. Since the Regular Civil Suit No. 291 of 2007 itself is now dismissed, as mentioned above, by this Court in Civil Revision Application No. 86 of 2009, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged.
