The petitioners who are the employees of respondent No.5, are awaiting salary, since the bills have been already forwarded by the Headmaster concerned, seems to have forwarded and pending with the respondent No.4 Assistant Director, Other Backward Class, Bahujan Kalyan Vibhag, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for various periods/months in spite of different letters placed on record at Exhibit-G collectively. 2.

Without verifying the correctness or otherwise and the particulars in respect of which of the petitioners, the bills have

(( 2 )) 49-WP-5880-2025 been forwarded, we simply dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.4 to process all the salary bills forwarded by respondent No.5 (Exhibit-G) in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today, under intimation to respondent No.5.
