After hearing the learned counsel for appellant, learned APP and the learned appointed counsel for respondent No.2, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel for appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file fresh bail application after recording evidence of the informant and the eye-witnesses.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for appellant, leave granted. The criminal appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
