Mr.Bhavthankar, learned Advocate submits that this matter involves a service dispute. The Applicant is the original Petitioner in Writ Petition No.2531/2011. He has not earned a single penny since 1997. The matter needs to be heard expeditiously.

Since this Court is taking up old Writ Petitions / service matters instituted from 1994 onwards on every Thursday, precedence cannot be granted to this Writ Petition over old pending matters. In the light of the above, this Civil Application is rejected. However, the Applicant is at liberty to renew his request in December, 2015 or thereafter.
