These are the applications filed by the insurance company in motor accident claim matter for condonation of delay. In Civil Application

ca5171.20 No. 5171 of 2020 there is a delay of 39 days, whereas in Civil Application Nos. 5174 of 2020 and 5183 of 2020, there is a delay of 36 days. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for respective parties. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay caused in filing appeals questioning the correctness of the Judgment and order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, has been properly explained with satisfactory reasons. He submits that the delay is bona fide and not intentional and no prejudice would be caused to the non-applicants if the delay is condoned.

Learned counsel appearing for the claimants is not raising any serious opposition in condoning the delay.

In that view of the matter, and as this Court has found the reasons stated in the applications are sufficient and justifiable for condonation of delay caused in filing appeals, the delay is condoned. 6.

Civil applications are disposed of.

The office is directed to register the appeals and place before the Court for admission on 8th April 2021.
