The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that representations are given to accord the benefit of Second Assured
{2} 90-WP-5663 & 5667-18 Carrier Progression Scheme as per the Government Resolutions dated 01.04.2010 and 07.10.2016.

Mr Naiknavare, the learned Counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that the authority would decide the representations expeditiously.

In case the representations filed by the petitioners for grant of Second Assured Carrier Progression Scheme are pending with the respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and Policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from today.
