PER COURT:

This court under order dated 26.8.2015 granted ad-interim stay to the impugned award subject to condition of depositing the entire decretal amount till next date. However, till this date, there is no compliance of the order passed by this court.

Hence, there is no propriety to keep the application alive for granting any stay. Hence, the application stands disposed of with liberty to claimants to execute the award for recovery of amount, as per the provisions of law.
