The grievance of the petitioner is that she is entitled for grant of selection grade and refixation of pay scale by granting yearly increments on 1st January of the year as well as for advance increment. The grievance of the petitioner is that the benefits have not been extended to her as yet as per Exh. D. 2.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as also by the learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, we are inclined to dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detail representation with supporting documents before respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and on receipt of

WP No. 5892/17 such representation of petitioner, the competent authority of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

In case, the petitioner is found to be entitled for the benefits as aforesaid, the same be also extended to her within aforesaid period of three months.
