The applicant has sought cancellation of bail on the ground that the applicant have received threats from the accused persons who were granted pre-arrest bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar on 22/04/2015 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 136 of 2015.

The cause of cancellation i.e. issuance of threats and assault to the complainant by the accused persons, which is formed basis for moving the present application, can also be canvassed before the Sessions Court, who has granted the bail. In view thereof,
